Returns

We accept returns for two weeks (14 business days) after purchase. If an item is damaged in transit, send us a note immediately. All returns must be shipped to the return address and in the original package at your expense and include insurance on non-damaged items and a tracking number.

Terms of Service    

We usually ship in 4-5 days business days from when an order was placed. Our only method of delivery at this time is FedEx. You will receive an email when an item ships.

We do our best to show detailed photos of each object and include measurements and descriptions of flaws in each natural object that we sell. If an item is not what you thought it was, return it following our return policy. We understand that what we sell is not for everyone and we wish you well finding what you like.

We want you to be able to enjoy your item for a lifetime and we know accidents happen, so we will work to include a repair service into the website at some point in the future exclusively for items purchased on the site. If, after the return window closes, your item is damaged and you wish to have us repair it for you, contact us at: www.frostddesigns.com/contact

We can work together to determine if the item is repairable and on what terms we would agree to attempt a repair of the item.

Our website is simple– we sell things to people who want to buy them. If you have some other purpose in mind, go to another website.

We reserve the right to ban individuals from the website for disruptive or patently inappropriate behavior on the website or for other behavior including harassment, bullying, stalking, or any other reason we see fit to ban an individual.
